NEW VIDEO • While Your Lips Are Still Red (Nightwish)

I am very happy to present to you my newest cover, While Your Lips Are Still Red from one of my all-time favorite bands, Nightwish! 

I had the privilege to watch Nightwish (with Floor) early this year in Singapore, and I was very lucky that my position was just right in front of Marco and Tuomas (I stood 1st row).

When Marco sang that first 'sweet little words...', I couldn't help myself - I started crying.

I waited 9 years to be on that show. It was so crazy that it was really happening. I have been wanting to do a cover of this song for the longest time, but that concert cemented the idea that I need to do it.

Like usual, I put my own twist and stripped it bare. I told Lexy that I wanted nothing but basic instruments and really just push the lyrics and melody forward. Some songs are just beautiful because they essentially are - and this is one of them.
